Pulmonary medicine covers a wide range of lung diseases. To name a few, there are chronic cough, shortness of breath, emphysema, asthma, pneumonia, lung tumors, pulmonary infections and abnormal chest x-rays or CT scans and sleep problems.
For approximately 20 years, the physicians in this division have been an excellent resource for consultations, second opinions, diagnosis and ongoing treatment of patients with lung disease. At the NCH Healthcare Group Pulmonary division, we are comprised of nine board certified physicians (Drs. Albert, Bookman, Cohen, Harrington, Hertz, Lindner, Martin, Mendello and Roy) who can see you in evaluation for treatment of any lung problem.
For your convenience, we offer comprehensive on-site pulmonary function testing (breathing tests) that can be ordered by our pulmonologists for diagnostic purposes.
